Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.

Customization Policy

Template customization comes with 2 rounds of edits. All edit requests need to be made within 14 days of receiving the markup pages for both rounds of edits. Customization includes customizing the template only. It does not include DNS assistance, custom graphics, strategy sessions, email automations, or anything else outside of changing the copy and photos on the template purchased. You must provide the copy and photos for the customization.
